We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible IT Helper to join our team. This role is ideal for a fresher who has a basic understanding of computers, a positive attitude, and a robust willingness to learn.

You will work closely with the IT team and assist with day-to-day technical and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the IT team with day-to-day computer and technical support activities.
Help with basic troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, internet, and other IT equipment.
Assist in setting up computers, peripherals, software, and user accounts.
Support employees with basic IT-related queries.
Maintain and organize IT equipment, cables, accessories, and other inventory.
Assist with installation and updating of software under the guidance of the IT team.
Escalate technical issues to senior IT team members when required.
Maintain basic records of IT assets and support activities.
Follow IT policies,



security guidelines, and company procedures.
Take up other IT-related tasks as assigned by the team.

Skills & Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of computers, Windows, MS Office, internet, and common hardware.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good problem-solving approach.
Should be comfortable working with different people and assisting them.
Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware/networking will be an advantage, but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
