Requirements
A degree or pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Solid communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to tasks.
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices (prior HR experience is a plus but not required).
