Creators Gram is looking for an experienced HR who can strategize and establish all the HR policies according to the aspired work culture we're trying to build here.

Only someone with an added experience in managing a remote team shall be eligible for the job.
Strategically plan the HR policies
Drive all hiring and training procedures for current employees- Non-Tech roles
Continuously educate the team on company policies
Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company work culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
Foster cross-functional relationships
Regularly interact with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have, and properly report to the Management daily
Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues




Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws
Independently identify, approach, and select talent based on the requirement

Skills Required:
Remote Management & Supervision of the team
Diligent Hiring of recent Talents for the team to reach new heights
Relationship Management with Employees and Interns
Streamlining different work cultures in accordance with the Company's
Well aware of the best HR Practices
Expert stress management skills and the ability to make crucial decisions under pressure
Minimum 6 months of experience
