Key Responsibilities
Reach out to prospective and existing international customers through outbound calls.
Promote the company's products and services effectively.
Identify customer requirements and generate qualified sales leads.
Convert prospects into customers while consistently achieving sales targets.
Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional communication and service.
Resolve customer queries and handle objections professionally.
Maintain accurate customer information and update all interactions in the CRM system.
Conduct regular follow-ups to maximize conversions and customer retention.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including call volume, lead generation,



and revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and overall sales performance.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in International Telesales, International Voice Process, Customer Support, or Sales.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a rapid-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Experience with CRM software will be an added advantage.
