Roles and Responsibility
Design, develop, and implement automated laboratory systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for automated systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to laboratory automation.
Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and precision in test results.
Train and support laboratory staff on the use of automated systems.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry, biology, or engineering.
Proven experience in laboratory automation, preferably in a reputed pharmaceutical company.
Robust knowledge of laboratory instruments and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
