We are looking for a responsible and proactive Junior Safety Engineer to support the implementation of safety procedures at our construction project sites. The candidate will assist in maintaining a secure working setting and ensuring compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular site inspections to identify unsafe conditions, hazards, and unsafe work practices, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
Ensure workers follow safety procedures and properly use PPE, safety equipment, barricading, and warning signage.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and safety awareness sessions for workers and site staff.
Monitor high-risk activities such as work at height, scaffolding, excavation, lifting, electrical work, and fire safety.
Maintain safety records, inspection reports, incident/near-miss reports, and coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and workers to ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
