Urgent Hiring - International Voice Customer Service | Pune | Up to 40K/Month CTC

We are hiring for a leading global BPM organisation.

Experience: Minimum 10 completed months in a BPO voice/customer-service process

Location: Magarpatta / Viman Nagar, Pune

Work mode: Work from office

CTC: Up to 4.70 LPA

Salary fitment: Up to 30% hike on current/last-drawn CTC, within the 4.70 LPA cap

Shifts: Rotational

Education: Any Graduate

Joining: Immediate or short-notice candidates preferred

ELIGIBILITY
International voice BPO candidates with at least 10 completed months of experience




Domestic/national voice BPO candidates with at least 10 completed months of experience and excellent spoken English and customer-handling skills
Pure non-voice profiles will not be considered

ROLE
Handle customer queries through voice calls and provide transparent, accurate resolutions
Use active listening, appropriate probing and skilled customer handling
Update customer interactions accurately and follow process and quality requirements
