The role involves handling US-based customers over voice calls, following process guidelines, maintaining qualified communication, and achieving defined quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls with US customers.
Communicate professionally and confidently in English.
Follow approved call scripts and process guidelines.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
Maintain accurate call and customer records.
Achieve defined quality, productivity, and performance targets.




Follow company policies and compliance requirements.

Candidate Requirements
Valuable spoken English and communication skills.
Comfortable speaking with international/US customers.
Good listening and comprehension skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts as per business requirements.
Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
