Job Summary

We are looking for a Lab Technician to join our Quality Control team in a Filler & Masterbatch manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for testing raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products, maintaining laboratory records, and ensuring that products meet the required quality specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine laboratory testing of raw materials, filler compounds, masterbatch, and finished products.
Perform quality checks on incoming raw materials such as polymers, fillers, pigments, additives, and other ingredients.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments safely and correctly.
Record test results accurately in laboratory registers, reports, or software systems.
Follow SOPs, work instructions, safety procedures,



and quality standards.
Support development and testing of recent filler/masterbatch grades when required.

Required Qualification
B.Sc. in Chemistry or a relevant science discipline.
Basic understanding of chemistry, laboratory procedures, and material testing.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
Good observation, analytical, and documentation skills.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and follow shift schedules.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
