Job Summary

MM Hospital is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Technician to perform laboratory tests accurately, maintain laboratory equipment, and support clinicians in providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, label, and process patient samples.
Perform routine laboratory investigations according to standard procedures.
Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.
Record and verify test results accurately.
Maintain quality control and follow laboratory safety protocols.
Ensure proper handling and storage of laboratory specimens.




Report abnormal or critical test results to the concerned doctor as per protocol.
Maintain laboratory records and documentation.
Monitor reagent and consumable stock and inform the supervisor of shortages.
Follow NABH standards, infection control practices, and hospital policies.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the laboratory.

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT).
Minimum 1–3 years of laboratory experience in a hospital setting preferred.
Knowledge of hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and sample processing.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
