Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced VLSI Engineering Manager / Director / Practice Head with 10+ years of experience in ASIC/SoC design and engineering leadership. The role involves leading technical teams, managing project execution, engaging with customers, and driving the growth of the VLSI engineering practice.

Preferred candidate profile
Lead and manage end-to-end ASIC/SoC development programs across RTL, Verification, Synthesis, STA, Physical Design, DFT, and Signoff.
Own project delivery, quality, schedules, resources, risks, and technical escalations.
Build, mentor, and manage high-performing VLSI teams, technical leads, and engineering managers.
Define and drive engineering methodologies, best practices, automation, and productivity improvements.




Collaborate with architecture, design, verification, physical design, CAD, and product teams to ensure successful execution.
Engage directly with customers for technical discussions, project reviews, requirements, escalations, and delivery planning.
Support RFP/RFQ responses, proposals, effort estimation, solution development, and technical presentations.
Identify prospects to develop recent VLSI capabilities, reusable IP, methodologies, and engineering solutions.
