Position: Junior Accountant

Location: Head Office, Hyderabad

Qualification: MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to support our Head Office finance and accounting operations. The candidate should have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience and positive knowledge of accounting processes, documentation, and financial records.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, bills, and supporting documents.
Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
Assist in maintaining purchase and expense records.
Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding accounting documentation.
Assist in preparation of MIS reports and monthly financial statements.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
Support the Senior Accountant/Accounts Manager in routine accounting activities.




Ensure accuracy and timely updating of accounting entries.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting-related documentation.
Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Knowledge & Skills
Good knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
Good understanding of accounting principles and journal entries.
Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Experience in bank and ledger reconciliation.
Valuable numerical and analytical skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
Candidates with Construction / Infrastructure / EPC industry experience will be preferred.
Should have practical knowledge of day-to-day accounting operations.
Candidates currently residing in Hyderabad are preferred.
