About the Role:

We are looking for a Social Media Intern or Executive with 0 to 1 year of experience to join our Gurgaon team. This is not an internship where you schedule posts and sit in the corner. You will manage social media for live client accounts, create content that drives real results, and work directly with the founder on strategy and execution.

If you are someone who genuinely studies what makes content work — not just someone who uses social media — this role is for you.

What You Will Do:

- Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook accounts for live client mandates across multiple industries
- Write captions, copy, and content that sounds human and converts
- Build monthly content calendars aligned with client goals
- Create Reels, carousels, infographics, and story content
- Stay ahead of platform trends and algorithm changes
- Track performance metrics and optimise content strategy based on data
- Collaborate directly with the founder on client growth strategy

What We Are Looking For:





- 0 to 1 year of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
- Strong written communication in both Hindi and English
- Basic design skills — Canva at minimum, Adobe or Figma is a plus
- Genuine understanding of what works on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Self-driven, comfortable working independently on remote days
- Based in Delhi NCR — able to commute to Gurgaon Sector 38 twice a week

Work Schedule:

- Monday to Saturday
- 2 days per week in office — Gurgaon, Sector 38
- Remaining days fully remote
- Adaptable on which days are office days based on team and client needs
