Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This position is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube to promote Homecraft Engineering’s prefab homes and related offerings. Daily tasks include producing visual and written content (posts, reels, short videos, stories), scheduling and monitoring campaigns, and maintaining a consistent brand voice that reflects the company’s values of sustainability, quality, and innovation.

The role involves community management, including responding to comments and messages, engaging with followers, and collaborating with internal teams to feature ongoing projects, customer stories, and educational content.

The Social Media Content

Creator will also track performance metrics, report on campaign effectiveness,



and recommend data-driven improvements to content and social media strategy.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in social media content creation, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and short-form video production for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Experience in social media strategy, including content planning, calendar management, and campaign execution aligned with brand and marketing goals.
- Proficiency with social media tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, native platform insights) to monitor performance and optimize content.
- Ability to research industry trends, understand audience preferences, and translate technical concepts about prefab housing into clear, compelling content.
- Strong editing and proofreading skills to ensure all published content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with the brand’s tone and visual identity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with design, sales, and project teams and to manage online community interactions professionally.
- Relevant experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation; prior work in real estate, architecture, construction, or sustainable design is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in office in Delhi, India, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, growing organization.
