About the Role:

We're looking for someone who can spot a trend before it trends, shoot it before it's cold, and turn it into a reel before anyone else has even thought about it. If "just one more take" is basically your love language, keep reading.

What You'll Do

- Shoot on-ground content for clients, events, and campaigns.
- Come equipped with an iPhone 15 or equivalent — think of it as your camera crew in your pocket.
- Edit Reels using VN, CapCut, Instagram Edits, or whatever gets the cut looking clean.
- Spot trends early and turn them into engaging, timely content before they go cold.
- Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and brand managers to bring briefs and ideas to life.
- Step in front of the camera when the content needs a face, not just a voice.
- Take ownership of a social media page, from content creation to execution and growth.
- Keep an eye on content performance and understand the analytics behind what works — not just the content itself.

Who We're Looking For

- You have 1–3 years of experience in social media,



content creation, or a similar role.
- You're someone who can spot a trend before it trends and instinctively knows what could make great social content.
- You're comfortable shooting high-quality content on an iPhone.
- You're confident editing short-form videos and know how to create content that's clean, engaging, and built for the platform.
- You're comfortable being in front of the camera when the content calls for it.
- You have a strong understanding of what makes people stop scrolling, watch, engage, and share.
- You're creative, proactive, and can turn a brief into an idea without waiting for step-by-step instructions.
- You have a basic understanding of social media analytics and are curious about why certain content performs better than others.
- You’re adaptable and excited to work across different industries, from real estate and healthcare to education, F&B;, and more.
- A portfolio, personal content page, or examples of work you've created are a big plus.

Compensation

- ₹20,000 fixed salary per month
- Up to ₹10,000 variable incentive per month
- Total earning potential: up to ₹30,000 per month
- The ₹10,000 variable component is monthly and performance-based, not an annual CTC component.
- The same compensation structure will apply during the first 3 months, subject to performance and company policies.
