About ChakraChakra is a rhythm-based indoor cycling brand built around movement, music and community. Our classes combine high-energy workouts with an immersive experience, and social media plays a huge role in bringing that experience to life.

We're looking for a Social Media Content Creator who lives and breathes content. Someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, can turn everyday moments at Chakra into great Reels and Stories, and is excited to be hands-on with content every single day.

This is a hands-on creative role, not a marketing strategy role. You'll be personally creating, shooting and editing content rather than managing an external creative team.

What You'll Do

- Create and edit engaging Reels for Chakra's social channels
- Create daily Stories, including both static and video content
- Shoot content at Chakra studios, classes, events and activations when required
- Identify trends, formats, sounds and content ideas that make sense for the Chakra brand
- Repost relevant rider, instructor and community content we're tagged in
- Keep Chakra's social channels active, current and responsive every day
- Maintain and execute the social media content calendar
- Coordinate with instructors and studio teams to capture the content you need
- Monitor class schedules and occupancy to identify classes that need additional promotion
- Proactively create and push content to help fill lower-occupancy classes
- Send timely app push notifications around classes, offers, events and other relevant updates
- Support launches, campaigns, collaborations and studio events with social content
- Track content performance and use those insights to continuously improve what we create

Who We're Looking ForYou might be a great fit if:




- You have 1–3 years of experience creating social media content for a brand, agency or as a creator
- You're genuinely excellent at short-form video editing
- You can make both video and static Stories look polished, current and on-brand
- You have a strong eye for design, typography, pacing and visual storytelling
- You're highly familiar with Instagram and naturally keep up with Reels trends, formats and audio
- You're comfortable shooting content on a phone and turning it around quickly
- You understand that great social media isn't just about making something look good. It should ultimately drive engagement, interest and action.
- You're proactive. You don't need someone to tell you every Reel or Story that needs to go out.
- You're organized enough to manage multiple studios, instructors, classes and content requirements at once
- You work quickly and are comfortable in a quick-moving environment
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience in fitness, wellness, fashion, hospitality, F&B; or lifestyle brands is a plus, but not essential.
