We are looking for a Manpower Recruitment Executive to source and mobilise skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled civil/construction workers for our manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Source and connect with skilled and unskilled civil workers through local networks.
Develop and maintain relationships with labour communities and local contacts.
Identify suitable workers according to project requirements.
Coordinate worker mobilisation and recruitment.
Travel to local areas and labour sites whenever required.
Maintain regular communication with workers and recruitment teams.

Requirements
Strong Hindi & English communication skills .
Valuable knowledge and connections within local labour communities.
Experience in manpower sourcing,



recruitment or labour mobilisation is preferred.
Robust interpersonal and networking skills.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Willingness to travel whenever required.
