Marketing Manager Healthcare

Experience: 4–10 Years | Industry: Healthcare / Hospital / HealthTech

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Manager who can build and manage our marketing function from scratch and take complete ownership of brand growth.

Key Responsibilities
Build and execute end-to-end healthcare marketing strategies.
Drive patient acquisition, brand awareness and community engagement.
Manage digital marketing, social media, content, SEO and campaigns.
Plan health camps, local outreach, partnerships and promotional activities.
Work with doctors, operations and external agencies to execute campaigns.
Track leads, conversions, campaign performance and ROI.
Identify current growth opportunities and take initiatives independently

What We’re Looking For
3–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in Healthcare/HealthTech.
Experience in building marketing from the ground up.
Robust digital, content and social media skills.
Creative, analytical and data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
High ownership, proactive attitude and solid execution skills.
