Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and troubleshoot tool room machines used for cutting tool manufacturing and grinding.
Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC tool grinders, cylindrical grinders, lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, etc.
Identify and rectify mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
Ensure machines are available for production with minimum downtime.
Perform regular inspection, lubrication, and preventive maintenance.
Maintain maintenance records and spare-parts requirements.
Follow safety and maintenance procedures.
Qualification & Experience:
ITI/Diploma in Fitter, Mechanical, Electrical, or Maintenance.
2–5 years of experience in tool room/machine maintenance.
Experience with CNC and grinding machines will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
