Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Industry: Aluminium Ingot Manufacturing & Recycling industry
Department: Mechanical Maintenance
Experience: Minimum 4–5 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Mechanical / Diploma Mechanical / Equivalent
Shift: 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant mechanical equipment.
- Hands-on maintenance Rotary & skelar Furnace and related systems.
- Troubleshooting of gearboxes, bearings, pumps, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, conveyors, chains and couplings.
- Execute PM activities to minimize breakdowns and production downtime.
- Maintain PM checklists, breakdown reports and maintenance records.
- Conduct RCA for repeated mechanical failures.
- Coordinate with Production, Electrical and Quality teams.




- Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors.
- Ensure proper Safety, PPE and 5S compliance.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in Aluminium / Foundry / Metal Industry.
- Experience with Rotary & Skelar Furnace will be highly preferred.
- Robust practical knowledge of mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Valuable knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, fabrication and welding-related maintenance.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,314.85 per month
