Candidates can be based in any Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities.

Role Description Consultants work as part of the project team and under the instructions of the Project Leader. Typical activities would include
Map AS-IS processes, understand and baseline past performance and identify key issues for improvement
Understand the key financial and operational losses involved in the manufacturing, supply chain areas such as throughput loss, utilisation loss, inventory levels, stock out norms etc
Conduct observation Studies on Manpower utilisation, Equipment efficiency, Process Variations, Supervisory Behaviours etc
Design and execute improvement plans based on the observation studies,



data analysis etc
Prepare PowerPoint presentations to departmental heads and agree with them on the findings
Work along with the client and Project leader on solution development and implementation planning
Work with the Project Manager and understand the change management requirements and contribute on various change & people involvement initiative

Key Requirements for the role
Candidated must have experience in operations of any manufacturing or service industry
Superior Skills in Data Analysis & Presentations- Microsoft Excel, Power BI,PowerPoints
Candidates with high levels of Personal Authority, Analytical & People Skills will be preffered.
