MBA/PGDM in Marketing (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities
Teach Marketing subjects to MBA/PGDM students.
Deliver lectures in Marketing Management, Consumer Behaviour, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Sales & Distribution Management, Marketing Research, Retail Marketing, and Strategic Marketing.
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, examinations, and study materials.
Mentor students for projects, internships, and placements.
Participate in curriculum development, academic research, seminars, workshops, and faculty development programs.
Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records.
Support departmental activities and accreditation initiatives.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Marketing concepts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Student mentoring and classroom management.
Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching platforms.
Positive research and academic writing skills will be an added advantage
