In this role you will get hands-on exposure to financial planning, budgeting, MIS reporting, and business analytics that drive decision-making across the organization. This role requires a sharp analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with the FP&A; team on live business problems, gaining a ground-level understanding of how finance powers strategy in a quick-growing fintech NBFC.

What we are looking for in the role:
Support in preparation of monthly/quarterly MIS reports, budgets, and variance analysis
Assist in building and maintaining financial models for business planning and forecasting
Help track key business metrics (disbursements, AUM, cost of funds, opex) and prepare management dashboards
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Accounts, Business, Credit) to gather and validate data inputs
Assist in cost analysis, profitability tracking, and process improvement initiatives within FP&A;
Ensure timely and accurate data compilation with strong attention to detail




Serve as the primary point of contact for investors and lenders on key company metrics, preparing board decks, investor reports, portfolio cuts, and analytical reports addressing fundraise-related requirements
Analyze company performance and highlight key observations to management
Develop a robust understanding of the company's business drivers to effectively contextualize financial data and metrics for internal and external stakeholders

Ideal candidate
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen interest in finance and business analysis
Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables); working knowledge of PowerPoint
Good understanding of financial statements and basic accounting/finance concepts
High ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a rapid-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and meet deadlines consistently
Good communication skills to coordinate effectively across teams

Qualification & Experience:
Qualified CA and exposure of working in CA/Big4 firms
Familiarity with the BFSI/NBFC sector will be an added advantage, though not mandatory
