Apex Apparels is a Gurgaon-based garment export house engaged in the manufacturing and export of high-quality apparel to international markets. We are looking for a energetic and customer-focused Merchandiser to manage export orders, coordinate with international buyers, and ensure timely execution of orders while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Job Summary The Merchandiser will be responsible for handling the complete order execution process, from enquiry and sampling to production, quality, shipment, and final delivery. The role requires close coordination with overseas buyers, vendors, production teams, quality assurance, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Fashion Technology,



Apparel Production, Textile Engineering, Fashion Merchandising, or a related discipline.
15 years of experience in merchandising with a garment export house.
Experience handling export buyers from Europe, the UK or other international markets will be preferred.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing and export merchandising.
Familiarity with woven and/or knitted garment production.
Knowledge of garment costing and production planning.
Understanding of fabrics, trims, washing, printing, embroidery, and finishing processes.
Knowledge of export documentation and shipment procedures.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Solid coordination and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict buyer deadlines.
