AHT & Productivity
Achieve defined Average Handling Time (AHT) targets.
Maintain consistent productivity levels while ensuring accuracy in processing.
Quality & Client Escalation
Ensure compliance with quality standards in all transactions.
Handle client queries/escalations promptly and effectively to maintain trust.
Customer Satisfaction (C‑Sat)
Deliver service excellence to enhance customer satisfaction scores.
Identify areas of improvement in processes to positively impact client experience.
Tagging & Documentation
Accurately tag and categorize cases in the system.




Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Required Skills & Competencies
Valuable written & verbal communication and attention to detail.
Familiarity with healthcare/insurance processes (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferably commerce, healthcare, or related fields).
Prior experience in non‑voice processes within the TPA/insurance industry is an advantage.
