Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics MIS Executive to manage logistics data, prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, monitor operational performance, and provide accurate insights to the logistics and supply chain team.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly logistics MIS reports.
Track shipments, deliveries, dispatches, pending orders, and delivery performance.
Monitor transportation and logistics KPIs such as OTIF, TAT, delivery status, pending shipments, and freight cost.
Collect data from logistics, warehouse, transporters, and other operational teams.
Ensure accuracy and timely updating of logistics databases and trackers.
Prepare dashboards and management reports using MS Excel.
Analyze logistics data and identify delays, discrepancies, and operational issues.
Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, customer service, and internal teams for data and status updates.
Maintain records of transporter performance, freight bills, PODs, and shipment documentation.
Support reconciliation of logistics expenses and invoices.
Automate repetitive MIS reports and improve reporting processes.




Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis to management as required.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF, charts, and data cleaning.
Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to work with large datasets and meet reporting deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of logistics, transportation, warehousing, and supply-chain processes.

Preferred Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline; Supply Chain/Logistics specialization is preferred.
1–3 years of experience in Logistics MIS / Supply Chain MIS / Operations MIS.
Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, or SAP is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
