Work on new business pitches; including primary and secondary research, campaign ideation and media mapping
Generate new business leads
Identify RFP prospects for participation
Up-sell services to existing clients
Networked with industry
Custodian of Agency Awards
Training and supervision of team
Generate marketing stories for Media Mantra group
Assessing current business opportunities with a solid revenue target in mind
Identifying, exploring, and evaluating business opportunities, performing risk assessment, and mitigating potential risks

Required Skills :
Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in clearly communicating the strategy, either verbally or in written form.
Well-rounded young professionals who can evaluate a business for its weaknesses and strengths.
A willingness to work with the same spirit for long hours and meeting project deadlines.
Good negotiation and persuasion skills will come in handy.
A solution-oriented approach and the ability to keep calm under pressure and solve problems timely and effectively.
