Key Responsibilities :
SD-WAN Technical Expertise — Serve as the solution expert for multi-vendor SD-WAN platforms including Silver Peak, Versa, VeloCloud, Fortigate, Meraki, and Citrix.
Complex Design Interpretation — Understand and validate complex SD-WAN architectures, customer-specific requirements, and proposed solutions.
End-to-End Implementation — Lead SD-WAN build activities across greenfield, brownfield, transformation, and organic growth deployments.
HLD &
LLD Development

— Prepare and update High-Level Designs, Low-Level Designs, test plans, and technical documentation.
Solution Optimization — Recommend improvements to SD-WAN design, features, routing policies, and deployment models.




Project Delivery Leadership — Own all project activities including planning, execution, testing, migration, and HOTO (handover to operations).
Vendor &
Partner Coordination

— Collaborate with OEMs, service providers, and partners to resolve technical issues and align on solution design.
Training &
Knowledge Transfer

— Deliver training to L1/L2 teams and support operations managers in establishing service delivery processes.
Escalation Management — Act as the first escalation point post-cutover for technical issues and stabilization.
Technology Awareness — Stay updated with emerging SD-WAN, SASE, and WAN technologies, features, and best practices.
Transport Technology Understanding — Work with diverse WAN transports including MPLS, DIA, Broadband, and LTE/5G.
Lab &
POC Execution

— Use lab settings to recreate issues, validate configurations, and support customer demos/POCs.
