We are looking for a responsible and knowledgeable Nursery Executive to manage day-to-day nursery operations, plant care, customer assistance, and inventory. The candidate should have a valuable understanding of plants, gardening, watering, fertilization, pest management, and plant maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the nursery and maintain plants in healthy condition.
Take care of indoor, outdoor, flowering, ornamental, fruit, vegetable, and seasonal plants.
Ensure proper watering, pruning, trimming, repotting, and fertilization of plants.
Monitor plants regularly for pests, diseases, fungus, and nutrient deficiencies.
Maintain proper cleanliness and organization of the nursery area.
Maintain plant inventory and update stock records.
Ensure proper labeling and display of plants with names, prices, and basic care information.
Assist customers in selecting suitable plants according to their requirements.
Provide customers with basic information about watering, sunlight, soil, fertilizer, and plant care.
Coordinate with the purchase team for procurement of plants, pots, soil, fertilizers, and gardening materials.




Monitor plant quality before putting them on display or sale.
Reduce plant damage and wastage through proper handling and maintenance.
Support seasonal plantation and nursery activities.
Maintain daily reports related to plant stock, sales, maintenance, and requirements.

Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience in nursery management, gardening, horticulture, or landscaping preferred.
Good knowledge of plants, flowers, soil, fertilizers, and basic pest management.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Physically active and comfortable working outdoors.
Responsible, disciplined, and willing to work as part of a team.
