Role Summary:

Responsible for contract administration, claims and variation management, subcontract management, and commercial coordination for Railway Electrification , Water and EPC Infrastructure Projects. The role ensures contractual compliance, commercial risk mitigation, and effective management of project contracts throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage client and subcontractor contracts for Railway Electrification, Water and EPC projects.
Review contractual terms, obligations, and commercial conditions.
Handle claims, change orders, variations, EOTs, and contractual correspondence.
Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, finance, and legal teams.
Support contract negotiations and subcontract finalization.
Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
Monitor project contractual performance and ensure compliance.
Maintain contract documentation and support dispute resolution when required.
