Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and toileting.
Help patients with mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patients and their surroundings.
Observe and promptly report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff.
Follow infection control, safety, and biomedical waste management protocols.
Support nurses during routine patient care activities.
Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with Heritage Care policies.
