Role & responsibilities Generate recent leads and find potential clients for interior design projects. Understand client requirements, preferences budget and project expectations. Meet clients and present interior design concepts, services and solutions.
Prepare and share quotations , proposals and project details. Follow up with clients and convert inquiries in to confirmed projects. Maintain valuable relationships with existing and new clients. Coordinate with vendors and project teams.
Negotiate prices , contracts and projects terms with clients. Achieve sales targets and increase company revenue. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote interior design services.
Preferred candidate profile Valuable communication skills and negotiation skills. Knowledge of Interior design concepts and materials. Client relationship management.
