Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Medical Representative to promote pharmaceutical and healthcare products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare specialists.

The ideal candidate should have robust communication and relationship-building skills, good knowledge of pharmaceutical products, and the ability to achieve sales targets through effective customer engagement and territory management.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and create awareness of pharmaceutical products among doctors, healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies.
Conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and medical stores within the assigned territory.
Explain product features, benefits, dosage information, and relevant product information to healthcare professionals.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, distributors,



and other healthcare stakeholders.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Generate new business opportunities and increase product penetration within the assigned territory.
Follow up with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and market activities.
Collect and report market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor information to the management.
Coordinate with distributors, stockists, and pharmacies to ensure product availability.
Monitor inventory levels and support timely product replenishment.
Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and other required MIS reports.
Participate in product launches, medical conferences, promotional activities, and customer meetings.
Follow company policies, ethical marketing practices, and applicable pharmaceutical industry regulations.
Manage the assigned territory effectively and plan daily customer visits based on business priorities.
