Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Medical Sales Representative to build referral partnerships with doctors and clinics for our gut lab services.

The role is field-based and involves meeting doctors directly, explaining our services, building relationships, and encouraging them to refer suitable patients to our lab.

Key Responsibilities
Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare specialists on a regular basis.
Present and explain Gut Lab services clearly and professionally.
Build solid referral partnerships with doctors.
Generate new doctor referrals and maintain relationships with existing referral partners.
Follow up with doctors and clinic teams regularly.
Understand doctors’ requirements and communicate relevant service benefits.
Achieve monthly referral and business development targets.
Maintain records of doctor visits, follow-ups, leads, and conversions.




Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of referral partners.
Represent the company professionally during all doctor and clinic interactions.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience in medical, pharmaceutical, diagnostic, laboratory, or healthcare sales .
Solid experience meeting and dealing directly with doctors.
Good communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with field sales and regular doctor visits.
Target-driven and confident in generating new business.
Ability to independently manage a territory and follow-up pipeline.
Existing relationships with doctors or clinics will be an advantage.
