We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Illustrator, video editing tools, and motion graphics, along with a proven track record in developing high-quality digital learning content.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can translate complex concepts into visually engaging and effective learning materials while maintaining high design and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop visually compelling e-learning content and multimedia assets
Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual elements using Adobe Illustrator
Edit and produce professional-grade video content for learning purposes
Design and develop motion graphics and animated sequences using Adobe After Effects to enhance learner engagement
Handle chroma key compositing (green screen removal) for clean and professional video outputs
Create animated infographics, kinetic typography, and visual effects that support instructional narratives




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all deliverables
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and quality benchmarks

Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1 -2 years of experience in e-learning content development
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
Strong expertise in graphic design and video editing
Proficiency in motion graphics design and animation using Adobe After Effects, including keyframing, expressions, and compositing
Experience in creating animated learning assets such as explainers, transitions, and interactive visual elements
Excellent visual storytelling and content development skills
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality
