Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage patient appointments and registrations.
Ensure smooth functioning of OPD activities and patient flow.
Guide patients regarding consultations, investigations, and hospital services.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records and update hospital management systems (HMS).
Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Monitor OPD schedules and inform patients about any changes.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly OPD reports.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and quality standards.
Support billing and insurance-related coordination when required.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of hospital operations and patient management.
Proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Management Software (HMS).
Ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
