We are seeking an experienced .NET MAUI Technical Lead to drive the development and modernization of a large-scale enterprise retail application. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in .NET MAUI, Xamarin, Android development, and team leadership.

The candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, mentoring team members, driving technical decisions, and collaborating with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor development teams
Define application architecture and development standards




Develop and maintain .NET MAUI applications
Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders
Conduct code reviews and ensure engineering best practices
Drive unit testing and quality assurance initiatives
Support Android migration and modernization efforts
Manage technical risks and provide solutions

Qualification & Certification:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
Microsoft certifications preferred
Solid experience in enterprise mobile application development
