Role ObjectiveWe are looking for a hands-on Site Project In-Charge who will take complete ownership of site-level execution of industrial automation projects.

The candidate should be comfortable working independently at industrial and remote project sites and coordinating installation, testing, commissioning and customer handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Take end-to-end responsibility for project execution at the assigned site.
- Coordinate site readiness, material availability, manpower and daily execution activities.
- Supervise installation, configuration, testing and commissioning of:
- RFID readers, antennas and tags
- IoT devices and industrial sensors
- Network switches, Wi-Fi and communication infrastructure
- Industrial computers, controllers and field devices
- Electrical and communication cabling
- Automation peripherals and associated systems
- Understand project drawings, BOQ, network architecture and installation requirements.
- Coordinate with customer teams, contractors, OEMs and internal technical teams.
- Manage technicians, field engineers and subcontractors deployed at site.
- Ensure work is completed according to project schedule, quality standards and safety requirements.
- Conduct daily progress reviews and submit DPR/site status reports.
- Identify site dependencies,



technical issues and execution risks and escalate them proactively.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, SAT, punch-point closure and final handover.
- Maintain site documentation, installation records, checklists and customer sign-offs.
- Ensure proper handling and accountability of project material and equipment at site.

Required Technical UnderstandingCandidate should have practical exposure to some or all of the following: RFID | IoT | Industrial Sensors | Networking | Wi-Fi | GPS | Automation | Electrical Systems | Field Devices | IT/OT Infrastructure

Basic understanding of IP addressing, network connectivity, device configuration and troubleshooting will be preferred.

Preferred Industry ExperienceCandidates with project execution experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:

Oil & Gas / LPG | Manufacturing | Steel | Mining | Ports & Logistics | Automotive | Warehousing | Process Industries

Candidate Profile

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, IT, Computer, Mechanical or Automation Engineering.
- 3–5 years of hands-on site/project execution experience.
- Experience working at industrial plants and remote project locations.
- Strong customer and contractor coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage site activities and execution priorities.
- Willingness to travel extensively and stay at project sites across India.
- Positive communication, reporting and problem-solving skills.
- Must be execution-oriented, responsible and comfortable working in challenging industrial environments.
