We are looking for a Site Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Retail and Commercial Interior Execution to join our project team in Bangalore.

The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site execution, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality standards, planning material requirements, and delivering the project within the agreed timeline and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day interior execution activities at project sites.
- Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Plan and monitor site activities to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Prepare quantity calculations, measurements, and material requirements.
- Plan and coordinate timely procurement of materials to avoid delays in execution.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Check workmanship and ensure proper quality of civil, carpentry, flooring, ceiling, painting, glazing, and other interior works.
- Read and understand architectural, civil, MEP, and interior drawings.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and manpower teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor daily progress and prepare site progress reports.
- Identify site-level issues and coordinate with the project team for timely resolution.




- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices at the project site.
- Support measurement, billing, snag rectification, and project handover activities.
- Ensure the project is completed within the scheduled timeline and required quality standards.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of interior execution and fit-out works.
- Good understanding of retail and commercial interior projects.
- Good knowledge of quantity calculation and measurement.
- Ability to understand and interpret construction/interior drawings.
- Good knowledge of construction materials and their applications.
- Robust planning, coordination, and site management skills.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple vendors and subcontractors.
- Positive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in retail stores, commercial fit-outs, office interiors, malls, or turnkey interior projects will be preferred.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
