Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer – Civil to manage day-to-day site execution and ensure construction activities are completed safely, efficiently, and as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in RCC, shuttering/formwork, reinforcement, concrete works, masonry, finishing, quantity measurement, and subcontractor management.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution

- Supervise and manage daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved structural and architectural drawings.
- Coordinate RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Plan and monitor daily and weekly site activities to achieve project milestones.
- Check dimensions, levels, alignment, verticality, and workmanship at every stage.

RCC & Structural Works
- Supervise reinforcement fixing, shuttering/formwork, slab, beam, column, and footing works.
- Check reinforcement as per structural drawings and BBS.
- Monitor shuttering quality, line, level, dimensions, and slab cycle.
- Coordinate concrete pouring, cube testing, slump testing, curing, and related activities.
- Ensure proper coordination between civil, structural, MEP, and other site teams.

Quantity & Billing
- Take accurate measurements of completed works.
- Verify quantities executed by subcontractors.
- Prepare and check subcontractor RA bills.
- Maintain records of concrete, steel,



shuttering, masonry, and other material consumption.
- Assist in BOQ verification, quantity estimation, and reconciliation.
- Monitor material wastage and ensure efficient utilization of resources.

Subcontractor & Labour Management
- Supervise subcontractors and labour teams on a daily basis.
- Allocate manpower according to work requirements.
- Monitor productivity and workmanship.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of activities.
- Identify site issues and resolve them in coordination with the Project Manager.

Quality & Safety
- Ensure construction work meets required quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Follow all site safety procedures and ensure workers use appropriate PPE.
- Immediately report quality, safety, or structural concerns to the Project Manager.

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Prepare material requirement statements and work progress updates.
- Maintain records of measurements, inspections, concrete works, and material consumption.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, structural engineers, and project management teams.
- Report delays, technical issues, material shortages, and manpower requirements to management.





Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of RCC and building construction.
- Good understanding of structural and architectural drawings.
- Ability to read reinforcement drawings and BBS.
- Strong knowledge of shuttering/formwork and slab execution.
- Experience in quantity measurement and subcontractor billing.
- Good manpower and subcontractor management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and site coordination abilities.
- Good knowledge of construction safety and quality practices.
- Ability to work under project deadlines.

Qualification Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering

Experience

5+ years of relevant experience in building construction, preferably with experience in RCC frame structures and multi-storey projects.

Preferred

- Experience handling RCC and finishing works independently.
- Experience in shuttering/formwork and slab-cycle planning.
- Experience in subcontractor measurement and billing.
- Ability to independently manage site activities and coordinate multiple teams.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic Excel will be an advantage.

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

- Master's (Preferred)
