About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Catalog Specialist to manage and optimize product listings across our Shopify store and Amazon marketplace — keeping titles, images, pricing, and variants accurate across hundreds of SKUs.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, update, and organize Shopify listings — titles, descriptions, images, pricing, SKUs, variants, and collections.

- Run bulk uploads/updates via CSV and fix duplicate, missing, or broken catalog data.

- Manage Amazon Seller Central listings, ASINs, parent-child variations, and flat-file uploads.

- Troubleshoot suppressed, inactive, or error listings and resolve attribute/image/category issues.

- Design and edit product images and graphics using Canva and AI image tools (e.g. GPT/ChatGPT image generation, Midjourney) for listings, A+ Content, and catalog visuals.

- Maintain trackers for SKU status, ASINs, and pending catalog fixes; run regular audits.

- Coordinate with content, design, and operations teams to keep product data consistent.

Required Skills





- Hands-on Shopify catalog management, including CSV import/export.

- Hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience — ASINs, SKUs, flat files, listing troubleshooting.

- Comfort generating/editing product images with Canva, GPT/AI image tools, or similar software.

- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, bulk data handling).

- Sharp attention to detail and ability to manage large SKU counts systematically.

- Good written English and independent problem-solving ability.

Preferred

- Experience with Amazon India marketplace and A+ Content.

- Understanding of Amazon listing SEO and keyword placement.

- 1–3 years in e-commerce catalog management or similar role.
