– ServiceNow HRSD QA Engineer Role: ServiceNow HRSD QA Engineer Experience: 5+ Years Location: Offshore (Remote) Employment Type: Contract Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD QA Engineer with 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow testing and strong expertise in Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manual and automation testing using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and be proficient in validating HRSD workflows, integrations, and platform customizations.

Key Responsibilities Perform end-to-end testing of ServiceNow HRSD applications, including Functional, Regression, Integration, System, UAT, Smoke, and Sanity Testing.

Validate HRSD functionalities such as: HR Case Management Employee Onboarding & Offboarding HR Services HR Catalog Items HR Criteria HR Tasks HR Templates HR Agent Workspace Approvals & E-Signature Workflows Employee Center Design, develop, execute, and maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) test cases and regression suites.

Validate

ServiceNow platform customizations including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and Notifications. Perform API testing using Postman and validate REST integrations with third-party systems. Create detailed test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test execution reports. Log, track, and verify defects using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

Support

ServiceNow platform upgrades by executing regression testing and validating business-critical functionalities. Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts,



Product Owners, and Business Users during Agile sprint cycles. Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Required Skills 5+ years of experience in Software QA with 3+ years in ServiceNow QA. Strong experience in ServiceNow HRSD testing. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF). Good knowledge of ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Knowledge).

Experience testing: HR Agent Workspace Employee Center Service Catalog Record Producers Flow Designer HR Workflows Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform configurations and customizations.

Experience with REST API testing using Postman. Knowledge of SQL and backend data validation.

Experience with Agile Scrum methodology and the complete Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills Experience with AutomatePro or Playwright. Knowledge of CMDB and ITAM testing.

Experience validating integrations with HR systems such as Workday, UKG, or similar HR platforms. Exposure to ServiceNow upgrades and release validation.

Certifications (Preferred) ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Micro-Certification – Automated Test Framework (ATF) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD (Preferred) ITIL Foundation Certification This role is ideal for a QA professional with strong HRSD functional knowledge, ATF automation expertise, and experience delivering high-quality ServiceNow implementations in an Agile environment.
