Role Description This full-time, on-site Service Technician role is based in Prayagraj.

The Service

Technician will perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Ventair kitchen chimneys and related appliances at customer locations. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, carrying out troubleshooting, replacing or repairing parts, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently. The role involves field service visits, accurate documentation of work performed, and clear communication with customers about product usage and preventive maintenance.

Technician will also collaborate with the service team and report recurring issues to support continuous product improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong Maintenance & Repair and Maintenance skills for home and kitchen appliances, preferably kitchen chimneys.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and functional issues efficiently.
- Experience in Field Service, including in office visits, installation, and service documentation.
- Excellent Customer Service skills to explain technical issues clearly and ensure a positive service experience.
- Basic knowledge of electrical safety and tools used in appliance installation and repair.
- Ability to read and follow technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or ITI in relevant trade (e.g., electrician, refrigeration, or appliance repair) is preferred.
- Willingness to travel locally within Prayagraj and nearby areas, and work on-site at customer premises.
- Strong time management, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
