VLH Bansal Motors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Service Marketing Executive to strengthen our service and after-sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for customer follow-ups, service lead generation, appointment conversion, customer retention and increasing workshop service business.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact existing and potential customers for vehicle servicing and maintenance.
- Generate service leads through customer calling and follow-up.
- Follow up with customers for periodic and scheduled vehicle service.
- Promote service packages, maintenance programs and workshop offers.
- Reconnect with inactive and existing customers to generate repeat service visits.
- Schedule and coordinate customer service appointments.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and workshop teams.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records in CRM/software.
- Track enquiries, follow-ups, appointments and conversions.
- Collect customer feedback and support customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned service lead and appointment targets.
- Prepare daily and monthly follow-up and performance reports.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in automobile service marketing, dealership, CRM,



telecalling or customer relationship management preferred.
- Automobile/commercial vehicle dealership experience will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good convincing and follow-up abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/software.
- Comfortable communicating with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
- Target-oriented, disciplined and self-motivated.
- Professional attitude and positive interpersonal skills.
