About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented SEO Specialist to improve our website's organic visibility, search rankings, traffic, and overall search engine performance. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of on-page, off-page, technical SEO, keyword research, and SEO analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and identify high-value, relevant keywords.
- Perform on-page SEO including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Handle off-page SEO, link building, backlink analysis, and outreach activities.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and identify website issues affecting rankings.
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and competitors.
- Perform competitor and market analysis to identify SEO opportunities.
- Optimize existing website content and provide recommendations for new content.
- Monitor Google algorithm updates and implement necessary SEO changes.
- Identify and fix indexing, crawling, broken links, duplicate content,



and other SEO-related issues.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and share actionable insights.
- Work closely with the content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.

Required Skills
- Good understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Strong knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.
- Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and website structure.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet SEO targets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant SEO certification or practical SEO experience will be an advantage.
