Roles and Responsibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Conduct thorough reviews of clinical trial data to identify potential safety concerns and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on patient safety outcomes, including adverse event reporting and risk assessment.
Provide expert guidance on patient safety matters, including medication interactions and adverse reactions.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and developments in patient safety,



applying this knowledge to improve processes and procedures.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, driving changes that enhance patient safety and experience.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as pharmacy or medicine.
Proven experience in patient safety, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Solid attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
