Designation: Plant Manager
Location: Baroda / Vadodara, Gujarat
Required Experience: 8 to 10+ Years
Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Preferred Industry: Engineering / Service Industry
Key Technical &
Operational Skills:
Technical Expertise: Hands on knowledge of mechanical overhauling, servicing, & testing of Compressors &
Vacuum Pumps. Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge is required.
Plant &
Operations Handling: Complete oversight of daily workshop operations, manpower management, vendor management, maintenance planning, store & inventory management, customers handling etc.
Government Officials Handling: Primary HR compliance is handled by the corporate office,
but the Plant Manager must coordinate with the corporate office for necessary actions & know how to handle local Government officials during surprise visits to the workshop.

Reporting Structure: Reports directly to Senior Management and Taiwan team
Team Size: 8 to 10 employees
CTC: Based on candidate experience
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
