Track Service and System Performance
Reporting and Service Summaries
Design and Engineering activities-based support during complex MACD and projects
Handle team to ensure service uptime, service assurance, Service Layer Agreement Adherence, and Root Cause analysis

Must Have Primary Skills
Cisco Routers and Switches, Cisco WLAN, HP Aruba? Prisma SD-WAN
Must have client-facing experience
Extensive experience in availability, capacity performance analysis, and reporting.
Excellent communication skills, exp. In client-facing roles.”
