Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic business development professional with 24 years of experience in the P2P lending ecosystem who is looking to transition into the B2B fixed income space. The role involves driving business growth by building relationships with distributors, corporates, family offices, wealth managers, and institutional clients while promoting fixed income investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand business opportunities for fixed income products across B2B channels.
Build and maintain relationships with wealth managers, financial advisors, distributors, corporates, and institutional investors.
Identify new markets, client segments, and partnership opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote fixed income offerings.




Collaborate with internal investment and product teams to understand market prospects and client requirements.
Track market trends, interest rate movements, and developments in the fixed income landscape.
Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure a seamless client experience.
Achieve business development targets and contribute to overall revenue generation.

Desired Candidate Profile
24 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or relationship management within the P2P lending, fintech, NBFC, or financial services sector.
Solid understanding of financial products and investment concepts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close business opportunities.
Eagerness to learn and build expertise in fixed income markets and institutional sales.
Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a solid focus on business growth.
