SNPJ is a Tier-1 OEM supplier of precision components to the 2W/3W automotive industry. We're hiring a Production Supervisor to run shift operations on our stamping/press line as part of our capacity expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute shift production plan across stamping presses (45T250T); manage die changeovers and downtime
Enforce in-process quality checks, first-piece approval, and control plan compliance
Drive root cause analysis on rejections/deviations; ensure corrective actions are closed on time
Manage manpower allocation, attendance, and shift staffing
Maintain safety, 5S, and shift-end reporting (output, rejection %, downtime log)
Enforce process discipline as per IATF 16949 standards

Required Skills:




Sheet metal stamping / press shop supervision
Progressive die stamping, press tonnage knowledge
IATF 16949 / APQP / PPAP exposure
Shift and shop-floor manpower management
Should know how to speak Basic Hindi to handle Operators who are from North India.

Other Requirements:
Must be willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Education: ITI/Diploma/B.E. (Mechanical/Production/Tool & Die) Experience: 1 - 5 years in automotive component stamping/press shop supervision
